For those of you who prefer a beach holiday combined with city life, great shopping, and nightlife, we offer an apartment located in the heart of the old and historical city of Split. The location is in a quiet residential area called “Varoš” within walking distance to most things. You're a few minutes walk from the seafront promenade “Riva” and Diocletian’s Palace (more than 1700 years old), where cafes, bars, and restaurants mix with city life. The apartment is also located at a convenient distance from the city’s many beaches and swimming areas. Train, bus, boat terminal and airport coach is about 400 meters away.
Apartment Mediterano is a 50 m2 duplex apartment located in the old and historical part of the town. Brand new and totally furnished, hidden in the middle of a Dalmatian street called “Kaleta”. On the ground floor are an open kitchen, dining area and living room with big flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace and garden. The terrace is ideal for dining and relaxing in the center of town with quiet surroundings during hot summer nights.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., provides all the facilities you may need if you just want to make a cup of coffee or prepare a gourmet meal.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with views of the garden and surroundings. The upper floor also has a bathroom with shower. Both floors are air-conditioned.
The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed is suitable for kids.
